Georgina launched her independent advisory business in July 2018, partnering with a select group of investors and clients. She works to optimise the leaders, teams and Boards of portfolio companies, and enhance the partnership dynamic between Investors, Chairs and CEO's.
Having started her career in management consulting in Australia, Georgina spent a number of years in Europe operating in change, transformation and leadership development roles in Investment Banking and Sales & Trading, first with BAML and later with HSBC. Whilst at HSBC she undertook a Masters in Psychodynamics via London’s Tavistock Institute before working in academy school operations with Absolute Return for Kids.
Prior to launching her own business Georgina was the European Head and founding lead of YSC’s Private Equity business: a global, independent leadership advisory firm that was also PE-backed. In her four years with the firm, Georgina partnered with a range of family offices, venture capital, mid-cap and large-cap private equity firms in the areas of executive assessment and development, team coaching and organisational effectiveness. In spearheading this business for YSC she realised her passion for creating deep and responsive partnerships with a small number of clients, and for going beyond the 'diagnosis' of leaders and dynamics to optimise them.
She has worked across multiple industries, geographies and company sizes, with particular depth of expertise and enthusiasm for mid-market businesses and growth capital contexts.
She is an AOEC and ICF accredited coach and has a keen interest in neuroscience and neuroleadership.
